Our Vision

Direct Claim Solution is a product shaped by broad and deep experience. The goal was to design the most advanced claims management system for determining coverage, liability and damages.

The designers envisioned a fast, versatile and complete system that would be a favorite of actual claim professionals.  In practice, users need three levels of system proficiency: (1) Data capture for collecting and organizing information, (2) Analytical fields to identify and evaluate issues, and (3) Screens for summarizing and presenting the full claim story.

The DCS design makes it easy to Investigate, Analyze and Present.

Our Values

Balancing competing interests is what DCS does best. Fast systems are often incomplete and narrowly focused. All-encompassing systems are difficult to learn and confusing to navigate. Many systems fail at converting data to knowledge. They house the data but give no direction on its relative worth or meaning within the big picture context. They are electronic notebooks replacing paper with monitor space.

We value a system that teaches, presents, guides and reinforces the claim story.  DCS users will “know their claim”.  Inside and out. Claim records are immediately recognizable. Users can recount the facts and issues in a case upon a single glance at the overview screen.
